The Marie Bed and Breakfast is a 100% re-modeled Victorian house. It has solar power to accomplish it's hot water needs. The TrueGrid for our parking is pervious and recycled. It holds 18" of water to seep slowly through the clay layer.
Park Side Cafe
The Park Side Cafe has 100% reclaimed cedar all wrapped around it. Out in the food court and down the alley we have pervious and recycled true grid. True Grid holds all the stormwater and let's it drain slowly through the ubiquitous clay layer.
Harka Architecture
Two residences on one site different phases of construction will display many low carbon building techniques. The low-toxicity single family residence and an apartment over a garage and workshop will blend two sites with three existing homes to create a landscaped commons.

Velocipede Architects + Mighty House Construction
This young, growing family wanted to complete a second-story addition passive house strategies to their 1941 brick-clad house before any further expansion of their family. They wanted to revitalize and bring new life to the kitchen and existing main floor, while maintaining the character and charm of the existing brick facade. They also aimed to maximize their breathtaking views, with the covered upper-floor west-facing deck offering 180-degree views of Puget Sound.
