This whole house remodel utilized the existing foundation to rebuild the owners dream home. The modern style showcases steel beams, drywall returns at windows and doors, plaster accent walls and a large shed roof overhanging the back deck. Green features include triple pane Zola windows, 1 1/2″ of Gutex wood fiber insulation, Passive House air tightness and a SIPs roof. There is a SpacePak system that runs domestic hot water, radiant heating, radiant cooling and forced air heating and cooling for multiple zones in the house. Interior and exterior finishes include sustainable wood products. This project also features a wine cellar, modern shower with smart controls , and a chefs kitchen with a large prep kitchen/pantry.
